Welcome to Raspberry Ridge
Raspberry Ridge is a landmark building located in downtown Hopkins. The apartment building opened in 1924 as Hopkins' first high school. Later, when a new high school was constructed, the building became South Jr. High, which was later saved from the wrecking ball and converted into the apartment complex it is today, utilizing the existing brick structure, which created unique apartments. Townhomes were built to complement the apartments and provide additional affordable housing for families. Raspberry Ridge is adjacent to the Hopkins Activity Center, which is run by the City of Hopkins. The Center offers a full range of social and recreational activities for both seniors and families, has a full size gymnasium, lobby rooms, and a noon hour congregate dining program Monday through Friday. Raspberry Ridges offer unique floor plans, multiple laundry facilities, well-lit parking lot, and is located near shopping and bus lines.
